Shipping Charges
- Orders Under £35: A shipping charge of £7.79 applies to orders under £35.
- Orders Over £35: We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over £35.
Shipment Days and Delivery Schedule
- Shipment Days: We ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Order Cut-off Time: To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 midday. Orders received after this cut-off time will be processed and shipped the following shipment day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 midday on Thursday and up until 12:00 midday on Monday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Delivery Method
To ensure that our fresh and frozen products reach you in the best possible condition, we ship these items in specially designed cooled boxes. This helps maintain the appropriate temperature during transit.

- Next Day Delivery: We aim for next-day delivery for orders shipped on our designated shipment days, subject to the order being placed before the 12:00 midday cut-off.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier will attempt delivery to the provided address. If delivery is not successful, the courier will follow their standard procedure which may include leaving the package in a safe place, with a neighbour, or returning it to the depot and leaving a card for redelivery arrangements.
