Please note that due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and frozen savoury products, our policy reflects the need to handle these products with care.

Perishable Goods

  • No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled up to 36 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact us within this timeframe if you need to cancel your order. Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible once this period has elapsed.
  • Faulty Products: If you receive a product that is not fit for consumption or does not meet your expectations, please inform us immediately. We require proof of the issue (e.g., photographs) and request that you do not consume the product. We take such matters seriously and will assess each case to determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Refunds for Faulty Products: Should a product be faulty or mis-described, you are entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of the defective product in full, including any applicable delivery charges.

Non-Perishable Goods

For non-perishable goods, standard consumer rights apply. You may return these items if they are faulty or not as described, in accordance with our policy and legal obligations.

Legal Rights & Advice

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. You can obtain advice about your legal rights from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment originally used for the purchase, and to the same account from which the payment was made.

Care of Products

You have a legal obligation to keep the products in your possession and to take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession. This includes adhering to any storage instructions to ensure the products remain safe for consumption.
