Shipping Charges
- Orders Under £40: A shipping charge of £7.79 applies to orders under £40.
- Orders Over £40: We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over £40.
Shipment Days and Delivery Schedule
- Shipment Days: We ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Order Cut-off Time: To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 midday. Orders received after this cut-off time will be processed and shipped the following shipment day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 midday on Thursday and up until 12:00 midday on Monday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
- Bank Holiday Shipping: Please be aware that we do not process or ship orders on Bank Holidays. Any orders placed on or just before a Bank Holiday will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.
Delivery Method
To ensure that our fresh and frozen products reach you in the best possible condition, we ship these items in specially designed cooled boxes. This helps maintain the appropriate temperature during transit.
Delivery Information
- Next Day Delivery: Our Delivery Partner (DHL) aims for next-day delivery for orders shipped on our designated shipment days, subject to the order being placed before the 12:00 midday cut-off.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Delivery Attempts: Our Delivery Partner (DHL) will attempt delivery to the provided address. If delivery is not successful, our delivery partner (DHL) will follow their standard procedure which may include leaving the package in a safe place, with a neighbour, or returning it to the depot and leaving a card for redelivery arrangements.

In the event of a delivery issue, customers are advised to contact the courier directly using the tracking reference provided. Tayyabah Bakery Ltd. will support any reasonable investigation but cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues arising from courier error or non-compliance with delivery instructions.
Dispatch and Delivery Responsibility
Please note, once your order has been dispatched from our facility and has been handed over to a third-party courier service (e.g., DHL) for delivery. At this point, the responsibility for the handling, transportation, and timely delivery of your order transfers to the courier company, DHL UK.
Delivery Instructions and Redirection
While we pass on any delivery instructions or redirection requests provided by the customer to the courier, we cannot guarantee that these will be followed. Tayyabah Bakery ltd. are not liable for any failure by the courier to adhere to such instructions, including but not limited to leaving parcels unattended, delivering to an incorrect address, or failing to follow redirection requests.
Frozen Goods Disclaimer
Tayyabah Bakery ltd frozen products are carefully packed to maintain temperature during transit. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any thawing, spoilage, or quality deterioration that occurs due to delays, mishandling, or incorrect delivery by the courier once the parcel has left our premises.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time. We strongly advise customers to track their delivery using the courier’s tracking system and to make arrangements accordingly.
